Berry Banana Trim Tonics Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Trim Tonics meal replacement shake (Wild Berry Fusion)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries and raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia nut butter
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional – Drizzle with honey (1 tsp approx 20 calories).

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Smoothie: 

    Place the Trim Tonics meal replacement powder, almond milk, 1/4 cup banana, 1/4 cup of frozen berries, chia seeds, macadamia nut butter, spinach leaves, and vanilla extract into a blender. 

    Blitz it until it’s smooth. If it’s too thick, splash in a bit more milk until it’s just right.

  2. Prepare the Bowl:

    Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.

  3. Add Toppings:

    Top it off with the remaining fresh berries, sliced banana, and optional drizzle of honey. 

  4. Serve:
